CRM follows a project-first model: project as the work container, then quotes and (on Enterprise) catalog and licensing fulfillment.

Free is a real pipeline

Signals and leads ship with the same feature set as on higher tiers (statuses, activities, email integration). The difference is later modules — e.g. convert to project requires Pro.

Pro = project + quote

One AM/PM runs the project, builds quotes and uses the email workspace (M365/inbox). Brand partner levels and statuses for distribution.

Enterprise = catalog & fulfillment

Unified catalog, marketing campaigns, PFR/rebates on brands, advanced company analytics and licensing/CSP fulfillment after quote acceptance.

Is Rakon CRM really free?

Yes — CRM Free has no time limit. It includes up to 10 users in the organization and the full signals & leads pipeline plus directory and brand directory. No hidden fees and no card required to start.

What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro adds projects, quotes, email workspace and brand partner levels. Enterprise adds unified product catalog, marketing campaigns, advanced company analytics and licensing/CSP fulfillment — suited for distribution and complex software/services sales.

What does a locked feature in CRM mean?

Features not in your plan stay visible but are greyed out and cannot be used until you upgrade (e.g. “Convert to project” on Free requires Pro). That is intentional — you always see what an upgrade unlocks.

How many team members can I add?

Up to 10 users on CRM Free. For larger teams and Pro/Enterprise plans contact us for per-seat annual pricing.

Is there a Basic plan?

No — Basic is retired. New customers choose Free, Pro or Enterprise. Existing “basic” records are treated as Free until a contract is migrated.
