Privacy boundary
Assistant tools access only your tenant’s Flow data — never another organization’s. We do not expose write tools or a standalone MCP server in this wave.
Roadmap items (draft quotes, pipeline suggestions, MCP write tools) are not part of the current public offering.

Where can I see Flow plan details?
On the Rakon Flow plans page — Free / Pro / Enterprise matrix, pricing and Flow-specific FAQ. The home page stays a platform overview.
What happens to my data?
Your organization gets its own isolated database. Your data is not visible to other platform users and is not used for any other purpose. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Can I use only one app, e.g. just Flow?
Yes. You enable each app separately — only what you need. If you only need Rakon Flow, enable just that. You can add other apps later.
What is Flow Assistant?
Flow Assistant is the in-app AI copilot in Rakon Flow on every plan. Flowlin is the companion you can summon from the footer. Free includes 20 platform AI calls per day; Pro and Enterprise include 2,000. You can connect your own API key at /my/ai on any plan.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. We support Google sign-in as well as classic email and password. You can use both on the same account.
What is Rakon Nexus Lab?
Nexus Lab is an advanced environment for IT engineers and technical teams. It is not part of the standard business package — it is available as a separate tool for those who need it.
When will DMS and Legal be available?
Rakon DMS and Rakon Legal are in development. As a beta user, you will be the first to know when they launch. You can already see them in the Available section on your dashboard.
