Where can I see CRM plan details?

On the Rakon CRM plans page — Free / Pro / Enterprise matrix, pricing and CRM-specific FAQ. The home page stays a platform overview.

What happens to my data?

Your organization gets its own isolated database. Your data is not visible to other platform users and is not used for any other purpose. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Can I use only one app, e.g. just CRM?

Yes. You enable each app separately — only what you need. If you only need CRM, enable just that. You can add other apps later.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. We support Google sign-in as well as classic email and password. You can use both on the same account.

What is Rakon Nexus Lab?

Nexus Lab is an advanced environment for IT engineers and technical teams. It is not part of the standard business package — it is available as a separate tool for those who need it.

When will DMS and Legal be available?

Rakon DMS and Rakon Legal are in development. As a beta user, you will be the first to know when they launch. You can already see them in the Available section on your dashboard.
