By accessing or using Rakon Cloud, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Rakon Cloud provides a multi-application platform (e.g. CRM and related tools) under development. Features and availability may change. The service is currently offered in public beta; we aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform: no unlawful activity, no attempt to breach security or other tenants’ data, no excessive load that harms the service, and no reverse engineering except where law permits.
Plans and limits
Free and paid plans may impose limits (e.g. number of users or modules). Paid plan scope and contract term are defined in the signed agreement. We may update plan terms with reasonable notice where required.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
