Rakon Cloud uses per-app billing. CRM is the first supported app and is available in Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. The Basic tier is retired — existing records are treated as Free.
Platform overview
Rakon Cloud is a control-plane platform for organization access, security, team management, and app launcher workflows. CRM entitlements and billing are managed per app.
CRM Free
Includes the signals and leads pipeline, directory and brand catalog — up to 10 users in the organization, with no time limit.
CRM Pro
Projects, quotes, email workspace and brand partner levels. Activated via contract; per-seat annual pricing (lower for 2- or 3-year terms).
From approximately €300 / seat / year (1-year contract).
CRM Enterprise
Unified catalog, marketing campaigns, advanced company analytics and licensing/CSP fulfillment. Sales-led contract with custom onboarding.
From approximately €660 / seat / year (1-year contract).
Paid plans are activated through contract-based onboarding and agreed billing terms.
How plans are activated
- Organizations start on the Free plan.
- Paid plans are activated after an agreement.
- The contract defines number of users, enabled modules, and duration (1-5 years).
- Access is provisioned manually after confirmation.
