Free plan
Free tier has no paid plan charge, so refunds do not apply.
Paid plans via contract
Refund handling for paid plans is governed by your signed agreement and applicable law. Contact support with invoice details for review.
Enterprise manual contracts
Enterprise commercial terms, including refund conditions (if any), are defined by the signed contract.

Send the organization name, invoice or contract reference, and reason to contact@rakon.cloud. We reply with next steps after review.
